Reduced rates for NCC MEMBERS & NORTHWOOD RESIDENTS. Rates are listed as “NCC Member" & "Non-Member”. Northwood residents without an NCC membership will use the "Non-Member" tab & select the resident rate.
RATES:
NCC MEMBER / NORTHWOOD RESIDENT
- FULL ROOM (up to 130 people): $525 + $500 Security Deposit
- ROOM 2&3 (up to 90 people): $375 + $200 Security Deposit
- ROOM 3 (up to 45): $187.50 + $200 Security Deposit
NON-MEMBER/NON-RESIDENT
- FULL ROOM (up to 130 people): $700 + $500 Security Deposit
- ROOM 2&3 (up to 90 people): $500 + $200 Security Deposit
- ROOM 3 (up to 45): $250 + $200 Security Deposit
Note:
Rental requests must be reviewed by the Recreation Director, Assistant or designee before approval. Review and approval process may take up to three (3) business days. Reservations must be made by individuals 21 years of age or older. A valid photo ID is required for verification.

- Kitchenette equipped with a commercial refrigerator, sink, ice machine and microwave.
- 6 60" round tables
- 34 6ft by 2ft rectangle tables with wheels made for easy room reconfiguring
- 155 chairs
- Fenced in outdoor patio with shaded tables and chairs and string lights.
