3 Month Youth Membership for any child/teen ages 0 -17 and 18 year olds still attending high school.
Note:Posted fee does not include tax. The City of Northwood uses an automatic payment system for the collection of membership fees. Membership renewals are scheduled according to the payment frequency chosen on the initial sign-up date. By selecting "save your credit card information" at checkout, you will be enrolled in auto-payment program. If you prefer not to enroll in auto-payment, please indicate this preference at the bottom of the form.
Cancellation policy: You may cancel your membership up to ten (10) days before your scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged. A written notice of cancellation must be submitted in person at the NCC or by email to asstrecdirector@northwoodoh.gov to initiate the cancellation.
YOUTH FACILITY POLICY Minors between the ages of 14-17 must have a signed Youth Waiver on file AND complete a Fitness Center Orientation to use the Northwood Community Center and fitness area(s) without parental/guardian supervision. A 30 minute Fitness Center Orientation with a designated employee will include the following: - Overview of the Northwood Community Center - Review of rules and fitness center etiquette - Proper equipment use Please email Anthony Harmon at asstrecdirector@northwoodoh.gov to schedule a youth fitness orientation.
