The City of Northwood uses an automatic payment system for the collection of membership fees. Membership renewals are scheduled according to the payment frequency chosen on the initial sign-up date. By selecting "save your credit card information" at checkout, you will be enrolled in auto-payment program. If you prefer not to enroll in auto-payment, please indicate this preference at the bottom of the form.
Cancellation policy: You may cancel your membership up to ten (10) days before your scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged. A written notice of cancellation must be submitted in person at the NCC or by email to asstrecdirector@northwoodoh.gov to initiate the cancellation.
